Medical Malpractice Discovery” for the Association of the Bar of the

 | On Tuesday, May 21, 2002, Mark Bower gave a presentation on
Demonstrative
Evidence, as part of the NY State Trial Lawyers' medical malpractice
series. Emphasis was on fetal monitoring and delivery in the case of
shoulder dystocia (Erb's Palsy). |
 | On February 13, 2001, Mark Bower chaired an all-day seminar on
"Confidentiality of Medical Records" sponsored by the Lorman
Education Company. |
