bullet On February 9, 2006 for the New York Trial Lawyer Association presented a conference entitled: "Medical Malpractice for the Young Lawyer," in which Mark Bower presented "The Basics for Getting Started."
bullet On November 4, 2005, Mark Bower participated in a Mock Trial at the Annual Conference of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants  entitled: "As the Clot Moves: The Medical and Legal Issues in a Vascular Case Study," Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
bullet On May 13, 2004, Mark Bower presented “The Plaintiffs’ Perspective on Medical Malpractice Discovery” for the Association of the Bar of the City of NY.
bulletOn Tuesday, May 21, 2002, Mark Bower gave a presentation on Demonstrative Evidence, as part of the NY State Trial Lawyers' medical malpractice series. Emphasis was on fetal monitoring and delivery in the case of shoulder dystocia (Erb's Palsy).
